5. Slurry pump does not absorb water (not sizing)



There is air in the pump body or air accumulation in the inlet pipe, or the bottom valve is not closed tightly and the irrigation water is not satisfied, the vacuum pump packing is seriously air leakage, the gate valve or the flap door is not closed tightly. Exclusion method: the first water pressure, then the pump body filled with water, and then boot. At the same time, check whether the check valve is tight and whether there is leakage in the pipeline and joint. If air leakage is found, coat the joint with lubricating oil or adjusting paint after disassembly and tighten the screws. Check the oil seal ring of the pump shaft, and replace it with a new one if the wear is serious. Pipe leakage or air leakage. The nut may not tighten when installed.

6. Leakage of packing

If the shaft is deformed or bent, replace the shaft directly. (2) bearing assembly is not reasonable. Install the bearing and axle load, or replace the bearing. (3) pump friction or impeller lost balance. Friction should be removed or a new impeller replaced. (4) bad lubrication. Too much or too little impurity will lead to short life of the bearing, the bearing should be removed and cleaned before use.
